Addon Configuration Guide

Open Template Editor

Under the template (opens in a new tab) section the Tebex panel, click "edit". Then click "launch editor".

Enable Addon

Scroll down to giftcard addon settings (near the bottom of the page). Set "Enable Giftcard Addon required code?" to YES.

Set Page Slug

Set "Giftcard Page URL Slug" - this can be found by navigating to the packages page in the Tebex dashboard, clicking "edit" on the gift cards category, and then referring to the screenshot below:

Set Page Name

Set "Giftcard Page Name" to the exact name of your gift card category (cAsE sEnSiTiVe).

Extra Credit Steps

If you set your two most expensive gift cards to provide extra money for free (referenced in "Creating Giftcard Packes") refer to the below steps:

a. Set "Discounted Giftcard #1 - Package ID" to the package ID of the cheaper gift card that provides extra money. This can be found by navigating to the packages page in the Tebex dashboard, clicking "edit" on the package, and then copying the number at the end of the page URL. For example, if your URL was https://creator.tebex.io/packages/6398998 (opens in a new tab), the ID would be 6398998.

b. Repeat for "Discounted Giftcard #2 - Package ID" with the other gift card that gives customers extra money for free

c. Configure the "extra text" options to display the amount of extra money that you are giving customers for free for each gift card

Save Changes

Click "save and publish" to save your changes.
